SARAH STABILE
Sarah Stabile originally founded Hi-Impact as a Public Relations agency. We’ve evolved into a fully-integrated communications agency offering marketing campaigns, media relations, events, digital marketing, social, advertising and even crisis communications.
Sarah has a proven track record creating and executing campaigns for: Levi Strauss & Co., Ian Schrager Hotels, The Benjamin, Plank Studios, Jill Rae Designs, Ridgefield Playhouse, Panasonic, Connexient, Virgin Atlantic, Virgin America, Air New Zealand, Serralles + DonQ Rum, SKYY Vodka, Choose Love, Path to Zero Waste and more.
Sarah also designed and brought to market Soxxy, a brand of stylish compression socks for recovery and travel. An entrepreneur at heart, Sarah loves working with business leaders to create compelling narratives that effectively and authentically communicate their stories.
Growing up in the music industry, Sarah was influenced by Bruce Springsteen and his authentic storytelling ability. (Not to mention his incredible stamina performing for 3+ hours in front of 80k fans.) Whereas, working with entrepreneurs like Richard Branson and Ian Schrager shaped Sarah’s mindset to take risks and push the envelope.

Catherine Scatterday is recognized as a strategic powerhouse at Hi-Impact Communications. She joined forces with Sarah Stabile in 2022 when the two met on Silver Spring’s communications committee. With a B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island, Catherine brings 20+ years of experience as an innovative thinker. Known for her ability to turn insights into actionable plans, Catherine has successfully elevated brand visibility and engagement across various industries, including restaurants, event venues, fashion boutiques, health and wellness studios, non-profit organizations, as well as major brands like Kraft Foods, Diageo North America, Gerber, ChapStick, and Scotties.
Throughout her career, Catherine has consistently created compelling, integrated marketing campaigns that capture attention and deliver measurable results. Her out-of-the-box approach has been key to shaping stories that resonate with diverse audiences, driving real business outcomes.
Beyond her professional work, Catherine has been a prominent leader in her hometown of Ridgefield, CT. She is particularly known for her creative approach to youth-focused campaigns and community initiatives. Notably, she spearheaded efforts to bring the Spray Bay Park and an all-inclusive, state-of-the-art playground to life in downtown Ridgefield. These projects have attracted thousands of families to the area, driving foot traffic to local businesses and establishing Ridgefield as a vibrant destination for play and socializing.
